LODGINGS ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT

Ancillary agreements which alter the scope of the contractual services require an express written confirmation.

1. Closing of the guest accommodation contract:

  • The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is ordered or accepted, or if a commitment is no longer possible due to time constraints
  • The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, indifferent to the duration of the contract.
  • The provider (Pension Gasthof Kohlhiasl) is obligated to compensate the guest for the non-provision of the room to the guest.
  • The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price in case of non-use of the contractual services. The host is held in good faith, in case of cancellation by the guest unused rooms, if possible, in order to avoid failures. Until such time as the contract has been awarded, the guest has to pay the amount calculated in accordance with section 4 for the duration of the contrac
  • Dogs are allowed on request..

2. Arrival and departure:

  • The rooms are available from 2 pm onwards. Outside these times the arrival is only possible by telephone arrangement. We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am on the day of departure.

3. Performance, prices:

  • The reimbursement of paid but not used service is not possible. In the case of early departure or late arrival, the room or apartment rate is excl. Tourist tax charged.

4. Deposit:

  • We ask you to transfer your deposit of 30% of the total price for the trip 3 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation and for short-term bookings before arrival in our account. The rest must be paid in cash upon receipt of the invoice.

5. Cancellation by the guest:

  • Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges
  • Cancellation 30 to 20 days prior to arrival 50% of the agreed price
  • Cancellation 19 to 10 days before arrival 60% of the agreed price
  • Cancellation 10 to 3 days before arrival 70% of the agreed price
  • Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival 80% of the agreed price

7. Material damage - Damage to facilities: Liability

  • Damage caused by guests must be paid immediately before departure. We do not take any bills with liability insurance. The debtor is the debtor.
